1. Create compelling communications plan to acquire, engage, and excite our platform users.
2. Work with the Community Manager, Artists, and Product Team to develop, update, and execute community events and promotions calendar.
3. Provide qualitative and quantitative User feedback to the Product team.
4. Assist in achieving revenue goals
5. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
6. Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
