Account Manager Mumbai - RyzeUp

1. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
2. Collaborate with the Solutioning team to provide the services and ensure timely delivery to customers
3. Maintain hygiene and control escalation matrix for customer complaints resolution
4. Follow internal processes to ensure the end to end service cycle and meeting account metrics
5.Building & Nurturing Account focused relationship: Prior experience of account management
6.Cover a set of accounts build relationship with decision makers to for identifying the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
7. Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
8. Report data and account perfromance with customer regularly
