Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication strategies for customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Create impactful graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content using Canva and AI tools.
  • Maintain brand identity and write engaging content across channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to align strategies with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions for product improvement.
  • Manage crisis communication and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain a digital asset library and act as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, content development, and communications.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Canva and AI tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs and engaging content.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
